1. All projects include a guaranteed completion date, confirmed prior to the start of work. If completion is delayed due to circumstances within our control, clients will receive $200 for each delayed calendar day—unless the delay is the result of client-requested changes, on-site pauses, or modifications to the original project scope. Projects must begin within 180 days of contract signing. An initial deposit is required to secure the scheduled start date.

2. A 10% discount is applied to the total quoted renovation cost for projects booked before August 31st, 2025. Project start must be within 60 days of contract signing or within a reasonable time frame discussed with our team to remain eligible

Your time matters. That’s why we offer a guaranteed completion date for every project. In the unlikely event of a delay, we compensate you $200 for each additional day. It’s our way of being accountable to your schedule—not just our own.
